While in the process of building a house we suddenly were dropped by our lender due to a mistake on our credit report. With a very tight deadline of less than a month we struggled to find another lender who would help us clear up the issue and get back on track. Dan at Robus didn’t hesitate, within a few days he had the error corrected and the new correct score got us moving again. He was helping us right up until 7pm on the last day of our contract when we got the clear to close. And we are now in our amazing house thanks to him! I very highly recommend working with Ashley. She is extremely knowledgeable and very good at her job. She very clearly and concisely answered all my questions (and I had a lot, sorry Ashley). There were multiple times through the homebuying process when I thought financing was going to fall through for one reason or another. With very little notice, Ashley somehow kept finding financing options that would work with our situation, and I can confidently say that without her, we would never have closed on our new house!
