Rye Heights

I’ve only been living here for a month, but everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities at this place are brand new and very impressive. I love how close I am to many restaurants, bars, and the freeway. It’s a walkable neighborhood. But most of all, I am pleased with the staff at Rye Heights. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been exceptional. I truly appreciate how organized and communicative they are, even internally. For instance, the leasing agent I worked with before moving in left the company due to relocation. However, she made sure to leave every single note and detail about my application. The new leasing agent upon my move-in accessed all the notes without having to ask me any questions that had already been submitted.

Rye Heights is an amazing place to live. The building is brand new, super clean, and everything feels fresh and modern. Stephanie from the leasing office was great. She showed me the apartment and made the whole process super easy. I ended up moving in and honestly, I love it here. The rest of the leasing office team was also incredibly helpful and responsive with everything I needed. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and definitely recommend Rye Heights to anyone looking for a new place in Houston.

been here about 4 months and everything has been great. move in was smooth. common areas are always clean. leasing office staff are super friendly !! especially KayKay!! the community events are always super fun like margs and karaoke. the current residents are friendly too. can’t beat the location either. overall, great experience and i highly recommend living here.

The entire staff and management of Rye Heights has been amazing. Most especially I’d like to give a shoutout to KayKay. From the very first day I was impressed by how she welcomed us, communicated and guided us which played a huge impact in our decision. My stay here has been amazing and beautiful. I love living here. It’s quiet and most importantly I feel safe. The leasing agents are super friendly and always helpful with any needs. I love the community and the resident events are always fun. Kay Kay, Armondo, Katie, and Stephanie are the Dream Team🤗
