When our agent made a critical error—failing to check the financing contingency box despite assuring us in writing we were protected—it left us exposed to legal action from the sellers after we had to back out due to a family health crisis. A professional broker’s role is to step in, protect their clients, and help resolve problems. Ryan did none of that. Instead, he sided against us and then personally joined in suing us for fraud. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and unethical treatment from someone entrusted to represent their clients’ best interests. Ryan was WONDERFUL to work with! I purchased a home out of state is which not easy! He walked me through everything and kept in constant contact with me via email, text and phone throughout the entire process. He also kept close contact with my lender which made the mortgage part go very smoothly. I will not hesitate to use Ryan again for my next real estate purchase and you should not either!

Ryan started out decent, but as soon as we officially partnered with him, things went downhill pretty quickly. He rarely communicated with us, most of the time we had to reach out to him to hear any sort of update on how our house was doing. He called us THE DAY BEFORE we were closing on our house to tell us we were closing! Even worse, we were all packed up to move across the country and he knew when we were supposed to be leaving, and he delayed us TWO HOURS because we could not get in contact with him to open the lock box for our key. When he finally did get back to us, he told us to put our key under the mat! His fees are high, his professionalism is low, and I’d recommend finding an agent who will actually talk with you about your house.

Ryan was fantastic to work with! He did a great job coordinating the properties we wanted to see, providing excellent insight, and facilitating a quick close. He was easy to work with and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Checked all of our boxes and then some!
