Ryan Homes at Westphalia Town Center Townhomes

My overall experience with Ryan Homes has been fine up until the final week of my warranty. As a new homeowner, a lot of things are still unfamiliar to me, and I’m not always able to articulate certain issues perfectly as someone more experienced. When I first contacted the Ryan Homes Warranty/Customer Care team about concerns with my HVAC system, the builder came out to take a look and advised me to change the Air Filter. While yes that needed to be changed, I also felt there was another issue, and I expressed that multiple times. There was no thorough assessment or deeper look into the system. Instead, I was told to wait a couple of days before a tech would be sent out. After waiting, everything appeared fine for a short while, but the same issue resurfaced a few weeks later. At this p

I closed in October and couldn’t be happier. Betty, Josh and Tyler were so so so patience with me as I’m very picky. They helped me along the way very responsive. Every week I received an update and picture of the progression of my home from Tyler. Ryan homes was very professional as I did not have a realtor I was well taken care of trust me! Betty motivated me so much I didn’t even believe I could purchase a home alone but she continued to inspire me and she was right I was more than ready to purchase my first home alone. Josh was so patient and considerate. Even with me changing my mind every two seconds he made it happen. Josh and Betty are the best! Tyler was the best PM I’ve ever met even with moving in he’s still very helpful. He takes his job very serious and you are in great hands

Had a great experience with Addie! She was friendly, attentive, and very professional. She helped us and walked us through the various floor plan options and financing options that were available. Only feedback for Ryan Homes as a company is to be more transparent on their closing cost money incentive and interest rates, since it looks like that the closing cost funds were primarily used to buy down the interest rate. We ultimately went with Stanley Martin since they had a floor plan we preferred and they were able to provide a lower interest rate.

Edit: we are cautiously optimistic regarding the repairs done, but the warranty team was on it. Here’s what happened. We called immediately about the damage. The guy on the phone nonchalantly put in the request and that was it. No urgency. I talked to some other people in the neighborhood who had similar events less than 30 days into their residency, so we were nervous on that. About a day after the water damage was reported, Carlos from the warranty team gave us a call and he was absolutely urgent. The plumbing company called me minutes prior saying they didn’t have an available appointment until the next week. Carlos corrected that to that day they were going to come out because water leaks are a big deal. Plumber found nothing. Carlos personally came out the same day with a local handym

The neighborhood is really nice they are still building but once completed it will be great. Yarla the sales agent was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Tabby helped with my mortgage process and she is also very knowledgeable. Everyone at Ryan homes has been great to work with
