I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this community, particularly while working with Marion Campbell. The level of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. As a service member in the midst of an upcoming busy PCS season, timely coordination and clear communication are essential. I was informed that the model I wanted was unavailable and would be notified if anything changed. No follow up was ever provided. I had to initiate contact myself to reengage the process. After attempting to move forward, I experienced delays with the lender and kept Marion informed. From Monday to Thursday (72 hours), while I was awaiting a response from the lender, the home was sold to another buyer. There was no attempt to verify my status or provide an opportunity to proceed.
