I had to do a warranty request. I don’t know why but I expected it to be difficult! It was not!!! I submitted my claim on the my Ryan home website. I quickly received a call to schedule service. The person in charge of claims, Donnie, is amazing! Not only did he take care of my claim but looked around and suggested I get the one time drywall repair. I didn’t even know about this! Donnie and his crew came and re-caulked a few things and did a little touch up painting. I was very impressed by how easy this process was and how nice they were!!!!
When my credit score was not where it needed to be. They didn't turn me away and act like there was no hope. They encouraged me to keep going and they was right with me. Now the ones that turned me down flat are calling me but there's no looking back for me. Ryan homes and their staff is a great group to work with. I love them all and now I'm having my home built.
