Ryan Homes at Shaw's Discovery Townhomes

I have been looking for a single family home for quite a while. But after I visited the Ryan new waterfront townhome community located at Shaw’s Discovery, I was certain I had found my new home. Brittney and Kristin kindly answered every question I had. After helping me decide which unit to buy, Kristin’s advice in choosing from the many available options was invaluable. I really appreciate her efforts. Now I just can’t wait to move in.

We were just googling new houses for sale, saw this new community and booked to visit it one Tuesday morning, curious what the community looks like. Being in love at first sight, I & my husband ended up coming back the following Tuesday and bought the house! And the pleasantness and warm accommodation of Kimiya Coleman added to the decision that it is certainly God's leading that we are definitely buying the house!!!

Awesome community site, between water and green space , Shaw’s discovery homes are exceptional! I like the 3 levels models , very spacious ; exterior like interior design are very beautiful. Sheree was great; very helpful, and professional I appreciate her patience ,she made the process very easy for me . Thanks !

Sheree is a true professional with a high degree of intelligence and extensive knowledge of what Ryan can offer to the customers. Sheree showed a great deal of empathy and exhibited a deep understanding of customers' needs, which made the whole process of buying newly constructed house easy and enjoyable. Patrick has been amazing, fun and helpful with us. We were looking for a planned community. We originally had our eyes on building at greenleigh. We drove past shaws discovery and wanted to know more. We called and Patrick said come on in. We looked at the model and fell in love! The lot we chose is perfect overlooking the water. Its not a planned community but we are excited to be moving here. Can't wait to sit on decks and relax.
