Ryan Homes at Seminole Palms Townhomes

I have purchased a few homes from different builders so I have some prior experience to compare. Ryan Homes has been great from the beginning. Matt Bollinger and Haris Residovic have been very transparent keeping us updated via text messages for the status of our new townhome. I just had the walk-thru yesterday and I am very pleased with the product and the process to date. With their reasonable pricing, I would recommend Ryan Homes. They have a great team. 😊

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Bollinger, my construction manager and cannot say or thank him enough for the courtesy and professionalism that he extended to me. He took photos of my home and shared with me throughout the construction process, always answered my emails/ text messages on the same day and always had the answers for me. During my walk he was so thorough on taking me through the working of all my appliances and where to troubleshoot any issues.
