Ryan Homes at Ovations

When my fiance and I first started looking into Ryan's home we wasn’t aware of the many negative feedback that was posted about them. We wanted so badly to buy in to the Ovations community after falling in love with the Columbia and Hudson floor plan. We nearly walked away from an amazing opportunity because fearing that if we were to move forward with Ryan Homes, our first home buying experience would turn in to a complete nightmare. Gradually all those nerves subsided after working with Illyana, Josh, and Jamie. They really made our first time home buying experience worth while. My experience with Ryan Homes at Ovations has been amazing! The Sales Rep, Illyana, has been extremely helpful and beyond patient with me and my family and is always available to answer any and all questions; and as a first-time homebuyer, that means A LOT! She's helped with making the purchasing process smooth. The Project Manager, Josh, is also a pleasure to work with!!! He's been very responsive and it's awesome to get updates and pictures of my homesite. They have both kept me up to date the status of building my home and has made this process very exciting! I love where the Ovations development is located and cannot wait to move in May/June!

Building a home for the first time can be nerve wrecking, especially when it's your first and forever! From the beginning of the process Charlie E. has been there. He's upfront and honest, professional and personable, he's answered ALL of my questions (one list was 32 questions) and has been very responsive. Josh T. comes in and continues the process the exact same way, professional, personable and very detailed. Josh (like Charlie) answered ALL of my questions upfront (although this list was only 24 questions). They have helped to make this process for me. I can't forget to mention how great Jamie is. I love how helpful and kind she is, authentically. Thank you all!

I have briefly read some of the written reviews for Ryan Homes in other locations. My experience with staff in each department at Ryan Homes has been professional, precise, helpful, accommodating, forthcoming, open communication and supportive. Two staff (J.C. & J.H.) in particular have exceeded their job description. I have confidence in the home that was build for me, and look forward to living and enjoying my new home build by Ryan Homes. Thank you.
