Wow! My wife and I bought our first home through Ryan Homes and it was an amazing experience and also very stressful at the same time. Daniel Laumer was our loan officer and he was there for us every step of the way. There were times we wanted to give up but he assured us that everything is going to be ok. Nicole O’Donnell was also a huge help as well. This was overall a great Ryan Homes team that we dealt with. Great experience working with the Ryan team. The team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our purchase. The quality of construction and the design are amazing. The after sales team including the Project Manager and maintenance team have been extremely responsive. Overall the sales team and the settlement team made the complex process so much easier.
