Everyone has been so friendly, very knowledgeable and we are so happy with the results of our new beautiful home! Christian, Denis and Jorge are top-notch all the way. Ryan Homes at Lakewood Park in Deland has been amazing from start to finish. Let’s start with the Sales Department. Thovas was amazing. He worked with us with everything we wanted in our new home. If fact, he would send us pictures every Friday showing us the progress on our house. Once the building started, our Project Manager, Brian Carter, walked us through the process of the construction. We even noticed some items that were missed before our walk, and Brian jumped right on those issues and got them corrected. Brian did a sensational job letting us know how the house was coming along and would also send us an update on Friday’s. Brian was transferred to another site, but the replacement Project Manager, Ross, was incredible. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was always one

Walking into my first home buying purchase was slightly nerve wracking, but I could not have been working with a better team. They were helpful, kind, and answered all my million (probably annoying) questions. They never made me feel pressured, and truly made me feel like creating my family’s dream home was our goal together. From start to finish, every question or concern I had was met with grace, and addressed in a timely manner. I’m so in love with my new home. We used Ryan Homes to build our home and signed on day one of their Grand Opening, January 15, 2022. Had we known all the problems to come, we would have thought much harder about using Ryan Homes, and would never recommend using them to anyone we know. Their build quality is terrible. It is structurally livable, sure. However, since we moved in (way past schedule, another issue resting on Ryan Homes for lost paperwork and unaccounted for delays) - we have not been able to enjoy our backyard one single time. Ryan Homes was notified pre-drywall inspection with our inspector that there were issues with the grading in the back and side. We advised throughout the process constantly and were told "it will be fixed". We were told at the final walkthrough, as it was placed yet again on the shee

We had hopes of having a new home. We signed the paperwork picked out a home gave them the $10,000 by the agreed upon date and had our home that we were living in sold by the agreed upon date. We looked forward to moving into the home. Every deadline that we were given by the company was not met. We hired our own building inspector which was another cost incurred. The inspector had over five pages of items that needed repaired and that was even before the drywall that never showed up was supposed to be installed. They claimed that the repairs were made from our building inspector but we’re in fact not done. We lived close enough that we could go and check progress.
