Ryan Homes at Lakes at Riverbend Townhomes

I had a great experience with Lindsey, my husband and I were very impressed. She answered all our questions and made the process so easy! If you need a home and want a seamless experience she is the one you need to talk to! Ryan homes has great inventory of homes and they are super lucky to have a team player like Lindsey!

My husband, Steve, and I purchased a Ryan townhome in Lakes at Riverbend in July 2024. From the very start, we have worked with Lindsey and she is extremely helpful. She made the purchase process easy, helping us choose a lot and pick options for upgrades in our new home. We also had some special requests and Lindsey was able to include them in our contract! We met with Kyle for a preconstruction meeting and was impressed by how familiar he was with our specific choices, as well as the special request we had made. We are very excited to watch the progress of our new home over the next few months and look forward to seeing and moving into our new Ryan home.

After reviewing several new communities in the Leland and Wilmington area, the Lakes at Riverbend stood out immediately with the personnel in the sales office. We specifically worked with Lindsey. Sure Lindsey works as a "sales" agent but our experience with her has been nothing but hospitable, resourceful and felt as if Lindsey was always looking out for our best interests. As a result, it was a very easy decision to become a future resident at the Lakes at Riverbend. I'd also add that Lindsey strives to position us to be well networked in the community both with employment opportunities and socially. Her consistent communication has been key in making us comfortable during the process as we live 15 hours away. We are extremely happy about our decision.

From the moment we walked in the sales office, we were greeted and felt like our business mattered. Lindsey Fuller has been fantastic to work with. She answered all our questions, and as first time buyers of a new home, walked us through the process and made it very easy. We still have so much to do, but we have confidence in Lindsey.

Met with Gail Seeker. She was great!! We are so excited to have our home built!! They were so easy to work with and the rest of the sales staff answered any questions we had when Gail was not there!! Great experience. Have to add to my review now that we moved in . Lydia and Lyndsay have help us get to the finish line with helping with questions and concerns. Jordan our building superintendent is awesome. He has helped us with the few things we needed done. He comes back very quick to help with anything. Now that I have experience Ryan homes A to Z I must say this is the nicest built home for your dollar in the greater Leland area!!
