We are in the process of building our new home with Ryan Homes at Huntcliff. We went to contract at the end of September and they started our build in October. It is now the end of December and everything is looking great so far with aspirations of closing in March. Although we had a good experience with our sales person, I want to take a moment to recognize our Project Manager Chad Mick. Chad has been amazing to work with. He is detailed oriented and customer service focused. We live out of state and have come up to visit monthly. He communicates with us regularly via Phone and text message. He also provides us with new photos that show the progress a couple times a week. Today we had the pre-drywall walk-through and he was very thorough as he wanted to ensure our expectatio

It has been a pleasure to work with Justin at Ryan Homes for our purchase of a new build home in the Huntcliff community. Justin has been knowledgable, attentive, and friendly in guiding through the sales process. The community represents great value for the price. The home plans are thoughtful and efficient with the space.
