Just moved into my house at Hidden Brook in October 2025 and I cannot overemphasize the exemplary service received by the Ryan team. Without exaggerations, Tina my sales consultant literarily “held my hand” throughout the pre-construction process which made the process as seamless as possible. Then came Joe my construction project manager with one of the greatest customer support attitude I’ve ever encountered. We just settled on our new home a little over 2 weeks ago and Joe (construction manager) has continued to support any questions or concerns that come up. He has been very supportive throughout the whole process. Anytime we had a question or wanted anything addressed, his response was quick and he always provided follow up until completion. During the stresses of purchasing a home in today’s economy, him and Illyana (sales rep) made this part of the process a breeze!

Whole new construction process was quite effortless versus the stories I hear from others. Ryan homes was able to accommodate every want or need I had from beginning to end. Everyone I met was warm and welcoming. When construction started my project manager communicated with me each and every step of the process to keep me in the loop with any potential delays. This being my first home, Ryan homes definitely spoiled me and I couldn’t thank them enough for it.
