As a first-time homebuyer, the process went nice and smoothly, and they were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! I highly recommend Ann Haggerty and Stormy Davis as sales representatives, Jake Olah as the project manager, Amy Burhans as the loan officer, and every other staff member I worked with during the entire house purchase process.
We have been in our home for almost a year now and are extremely happy with how everything went. From Ann Marie in sales, Amy in financing, our Project Manager John, and Austin who handled our warranty claims, we have had a great experience with the entire team.
Our experience has been no less than amazing. From our amazing sales rep to our PM who keeps us up to date on everything going on through pictures and weekly touch point calls. It has been so seamless and I couldn’t be happier. I know every persons experience will vary but I can say with confidence that my experience has been wonderful and I can’t wait to be in my new beautiful home!
