We have had a great experience building with Ryan Homes in Fox Run, Grafton. From the first time we walked thru the model doors Casey Devine, the sales rep was so helpful, detailed, professional & understanding while we were making decisions on the home we wanted to build. Two hours later we walked out of the model with a good start to the process of building with Ryan Homes. From the beginning the communication with Casey had been very good! When we were then handed off to our Project Manager Chris Rusch and his assistant Jacob Toth. Chris was also very professional & thorough when explaining the steps to building our home. Every Friday we would get an update on what was done to the house & what was expected to be done In the week ahead. Chris or Jacob would also upload pictures of the h
