I recently Purchased a Home here and was beyond thrilled at the close customer service to the finished product. The House was exactly what we wanted and the buying experience was easy and insightful. I was fortunate enough to work with their finance team, who really laid out the road map for me and how I was going to go from a Dream and an Idea, to a Home where Im so thankful to call my own. I was extremely pleased with all the follow up and weekly updates. I was kept in the loop and had a great experience. Not to mention the location of the community, literally 20 mins from everything is very nice and the schools are great. The Town has a small time feel, but is only an hour and a half away from the Big City. So happy to call Fairwinds my community.

We love our Ryan home and we love this neighborhood. It’s been about a year and a half since we’ve moved here and are very happy.
