Ryan Homes at Emory Park Estates

WARNING! This is a must read if you're considering buying a home from Ryan Homes. My family and I moved into a subdivision called Emory Park in Woodruff, SC. in June, 2023. Ryan Homes allows their contractors to blast their music so LOUD that you can hear and literally feel the BOOM, BOOM, BOOM going on both inside and outside our homes! This is allowed to happen all day,everyday! All of the project managers know this is going on as well as management. 18 months later, this is still allowed to happen everyday. The PM's here will tell the contractors to turn it down but shortly later is sounds like a freaking music festival again, that you will be a part of, like it or not! My experience with Ryan's Home at Emory Park personnel has been a great experience. Robert Wilson as my builder point of contact is very professional. He doesn't hesitate to text or call, my question are answered in a timely manner. Walk thru inspection were very informative. Robert has made my 2nd Ryan Home (1st in Delaware) transparent, easy and accessible. Far exceeded my expectations for Home buying in the Upstate. 👍🏽

Emory park is our first experience to buy new build home. Janie Summey is our sales representative and she was the best. She helped us in choosing the home plan, tiles, coolers, bricks and all. We are in the process of building in this HOA with unparalleled amenities. We work with Garland Fisher, who has been our primary Point of Contact from the beginning. She helped us review blueprints, models, materials, colors, and has always been very detailed, transparent and professional. Garland is extremely responsive and helpful- always providing great clarification and being patient through my millions of questions and moments of being indecisive about options. While she has many clients, she's always made me to feel like her priority and that our experience has been customized and personal.
