We had been looking to build a new home for several years but could never find exactly what we were looking for. On a weekend in October 2020, decided to look at model homes in Middletown, DE. We were just looking. We were not planning to purchase anything at that time. However, the moment we stepped through the doors of the model home, we knew we had found the house we had been looking for. After walking through the entire model we decided to talk with the salesman, Jeff Grady. Jeff went through everything with us and gave us some pricing information based on what we wanted. I am so pleased with the process of this new build. It will be finished and we should be in by December 2019. Every step of the way Jeff Grady has been on top of everything and is able to answer all my questions and concerns. He is very patient and if he doesn't answer his cell phone, he calls you right back, even if it's his day off. Now that's service! The quality of the products used to build and finish the home are superb., right down to the quarts counter-tops.We are very excited about our new home.

I've read a lot of reviews regarding Ryan Homes & NVR Mortgage that weren't good at all. I've looked at numerous YouTube videos and saw the complaints as well as the mistakes made during the building process. After weighing my options with 2-3 other builders I decided to give Ryan a chance to make my experience different. Different houses are being built in different parts of the country by different people. With that being said, I wanted to see how things were done in Delaware. Even though we could not finalize the deal, we appreciate the efforts Jeff took to show the different model homes. He was very patient in listening and answering all the queries. I would definitely like to purchase a home in Ryan community sometime in the future.
