Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek

When is Courtney Creek going to have full access to Hwy. 55. More and more residents are performing illegal U Turns. Turning around at a church up the road that has posted a sign No U Turns private property. Cars turning around at Town houses across the road. Heavy equipment having to access Phase 3 through Emorywood Estates. Will someone be killed before Ryan Homes takes action. They have been disrespectful of the adjoining community little concern for public safety. See attached photo. Removed a forest over adjoining community roads vs highway which they have access too. Conducted blasting operation without prior notification to 80 yr old widows.

We joined the Ryan Homes wait list for the Courtney Creek community and we’re so excited to get an appointment set up as soon as they were available. Heather and Jack were absolutely amazing. They are not your typical sales rep, through the entire process we never once felt pressured or felt as if they were trying to sell us something. Both of them were genuinely trying to help us find a home that met all of our needs and fit well into our budget.
