POST EDITED BELOW 2/27/23 Building my dream home couldn't have been any easier or non-stressful with Jennifer, Seth & the construction foreman @ Ryan Homes. I recommend Ryan Homes to anyone who wants to see family dreams come to reality, right before your eyes. Now that we’re in and getting settled there are a few things that you should be aware of… make sure all your windows open and close and lock as these cold nights and wind have my electric Bill is almost $500$. It’s 56• and my thermostat is set at 67 consistently. Had to buy 3 space heaters …. Filling out ppwk now to have them looked at. I refuse to plastic my new home windows. Hello there! Breaking News!! Camden Creek will be a wonderful new community to live in! Camden Creek will have beautiful homes, we believe wonderful neighbors too, and there are many amenities such as sidewalks and much more. Susie and I loved the homes we walked through, and chose our Ryan home which will start being built this week 😊. At Camden Creek, Philip and Justin are so wonderful to work this, they are so friendly and helpful. Both have gone above and beyond to find answers to questions we have had. Our first meeting with Phillip Austin from Ryan Homes was a wonderful experience! Phillip is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question we’ve had and now our new home is under construction! Working with Phillip has been enjoyable and we look forward to working with him throughout the construction of our home!
