Ryan Homes at Bloomfields 55+ Villas

While searching the internet for new homes in the Frederick area, I came across the Ryan Home Villas. I was a not really looking for a 55+ community but the Ryan Home Villas at Bloomfields has so much to offer. The Villas have excellent floor plans and wonderful options available. The community has great amenities and the HOA fee covers a lot more than other communities offer. I was met by Lara who did a wonderful job explaining everything the community offers and answered all my questions regarding options and what the HOA covers. I highly recommend you take a look at the Villas at Bloomfields and ask for Lara. She is a fantastic representative for Ryan Homes and will certainly make you feel welcome with her warm smile as she welcomes you in.

My husband And I were just exploring options and decided to check out Ryan Himes villas in a new community near us called Bloomfield’s 55+. We didn’t know what to expect, but once we walked through the model and saw all the need and want list was met in this beautiful villa. The amenities are far exceeding my expectations with pool, 2 club houses, gym, various sports courts, walking paths, gardening area, play grounds for grand kids and community gathering areas. Another big draw is all landscaping and snow removal is taken care of for us. We are so looking forward to hoping the Bloomfield’s community.

Our purchase decision at Bloomfields rested pretty much on two factors, price and amenities. We're happy with the Villa options that we made and look forward to feeling part of a nicely planned +55 community. Senior Sales Rep, Wai-Ling Wang, was instrumental in our decision to buy. She was personable, patient, and professional and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We appreciated her custom video to us following an initial inquiry. An added touch that made us feel welcomed even if we decided not to buy. Asif Khattak, our construction Project Manager reached out to us with a phone call to introduce himself.
