Ryan Homes at Bloomfields 55+ Single Family Homes

This is our second purchase of a new construction Ryan Home. In June, 2020 we made settlement and received delivery of our new construction Lake Linganore Condominium located at 5733 Meadowood Street, Apt. 303 New Market, MD. 21774. We have enjoyed living here. We have decided to change our domicile residence. We have split the year between our South Florida home from December through May or into June, and then transition north to Maryland for the summer and fall. We are very excited to be in the "freshman class" of residents in the new Bloomfields neighborhood. Our experience with the Ryan Homes team has been wonderful. This is our first time buying a new construction home, and Rick Beaton has made that process very enjoyable.
