Ryan Homes at Bartlett Station Estates

Just purchased my forever home here at Bartlett Station Estates and I am so thankful. Probably the only single woman in a neighborhood of families but I find peace here. Still some construction going on as they continue getting new homes built for my new neighbors. Jade and Cat were phenomenal in the process and so welcoming. They answered question after question and took me through the build as much as I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet at night and located juat far away from US 17. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Bartlett Station Estates.

Loved the location but the process not so much. We started with Myranda, then moved over to Cat, and now the property manager. Process seems rushed for home buying. Not enough time given to make selection or changes to your home. The only way to stay ageist with what’s going on is to go to the property constantly during the process. PhotoCircle not used as much. Started off uploading my own photos.

We just purchased our first new home with Ryan homes. Cat has been so patient with us and our hundreds of questions. She even came in on her day off to meet with us. She has walked us step by step through this process always making sure we understood everything and were happy. I’ve never felt pressured or coerced into any decisions with her. She’s awesome and we are so thankful to be working with her!

My husband and I have been working with Cat from RH and she has been providing nothing short of great service to us. Sine we first met her, she has been very attentive and answers our questions whenever they arise. We are excited about our Hudson build and we cant wait to be apart of this new community.
