Ruxton Village Apartments

We love living here. Very quiet, nice neighbors, so close to a grocery store, and lovely area to walk around. It’s family friendly with kids in the area, and the apartments are really spacious which is great. Maintenance has responded quickly as well. My only complaint has been creaking sounds from neighbors above us, but we can’t hear anything through the walls. Overall we really like it here.

Spacious apartments but they recently got a mice problem and they are practically doing nothing about it. At first it was one mice in our unit, and they sent an exterminator who said he saw no holes anywhere and he left a “trap”. Fast forward a month later I am walking down the stairs of the building and see mice run from one unit into another unit. Just in july alone, I have caught 3 mice in our apartment unit using traps I purchased myself, and every time I call the office they tell me the exterminator is coming at the end of the month and only comes once a month. No apologies about the issue, whatsoever.
