Ruxton Towers

It is unusual for me to write a review, but I feel moved to write this one. Over the course of time at Ruxton Tower, I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and care I experienced. The entire staff was wonderful. They were always courteous, respectful and willing to troubleshoot any concerns in a timely manner. The recent renovations are truly "Stunning" and the ambiance is "Breathtaking". One of the rarest commodities, is encountering such a well-rounded and caring group of professionals in one location. I commend them all, for creating an environment that feels both polished and sincerely welcoming. A special "Thank you" to Debra and Andrea for helping me, to make, such a wonderful decision. I would recommend Ruxton Tower to anyone.

Ruxton has upgraded it's apartments to make this a better place to live and they've succeeded. Deborah was the first to sign me to a lease. After that, it's been all Andrea. She is the other leasing agent. She is the person to speak to about leasing. She is awesome!

I've lived here going on 5 years now and have no plans of moving anytime soon. The location, views from the units (higher up of course), amenities, the staff are all great. Your basic utilities, everything except phone, cable, internet, etc, are included. Huge plus for people that like simplicity...a few less bills that need to be managed. The recent upgrades to the units and building have been much appreciated. Even with all sizes of families living here the building is pretty quiet and the majority of the residents are friendly. If you're not off-put by the price I highly suggest considering this place as your next home.

Living and working at Ruxton Tower, over the past almost 5 years, has been a very positive and wonderful experience. The apartments and suites are modern and beautifully designed. I always feel at home. The grounds offer a walking path, dog park, swimming pool, pickleball court and places to sit while enjoying the water fountain. There is even a clubhouse inside with both modern and retro video games. It's all very welcoming. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ruxton Tower as a place to live and work.

The maintenance team at my apartment complex is amazing! Every time I submit a request, they respond quickly and get the job done right the first time. They’re professional, friendly, and always respectful of my space. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I really appreciate having such a dependable team here—makes living in this community even better!
