Rustic Woods Apartments

Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time. Everyone was very helpful. Whenever I needed something fixed, it was taken care of quickly. I liked that its gated and lit well throughout the property. I appreciate the professionalism in the office as well.

I stayed here three years and moved when right after the new leasing company took over. They made a lot of improvements to the place such as repainting, redoing the pool area, resurfacing the parking lots, installed a security gate, and they just recently updated the laundry facilities. Chrisee and Amelia, the office staff, are super friendly. They put on events and sometimes have cookouts and little gifts for residents. With the high crime rate in Tulsa, this place was pretty safe and for an affordable price too on the nice part of town. While many places have had astronomical rent increases due to inflation, they kept them at a bare minimum here. Carlos was a very friendly maintenance guy and always fixed any problems I had in a timely manner as long as there wasn’t supply.chain issues o

Lived here for three years in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The grounds are meticulous and pleasantly landscaped. Management, mainly Chrissee and Emilia, is friendly and efficient. I really miss living there.

Under new management. The new owners have gone out of there way to make this place amazing. In the last 4 years they repainted the buildings, put new roofs on all of them, and resurfaced the parking lot. All the improvements were definitely needed and I’m glad they took over because I don’t think the other company would have done it. I seen some negative reviews of the management, I don’t believe that their honest. I’ve lived here for two years then was gone for 6 months and came back in February of 21. They have great prices for size and the neighbors around the complex are refreshingly nice compared to other place I’ve lived. Most residents have dogs and I’ve never seen an aggressive or hostile one in the 3 years I’ve lived hear. I Highly recommend living here.

Outdated apartments and greedy management. The only way to get a work order in is to watch the property manager do it, otherwise she will just pretend she did. And expect to wait 4-5 months to have anything repaired. Upon move out they will charge you for everything they possibly can. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
