Lisa did a wonderful job doing my tour today. She made sure all my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. This place is wonderful for everyone in general but especially new student to the area. This apartment was more affordable for me but did not skimp on the amenities. They understand not everyone’s situation is cookie cutter and being a private owned apartment they are more flexible with terms. Lastly, this is a quiet apartment so if you plan to party this is not your place. Just wanted to post this review for people in my situation and not really knowing where to live in the area as I’m not from here. I would recommend!!
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Rustic Ridge Villas management regarding the return of our security deposit. My wife and I vacated the property at the end of July 2024 and received a disposition letter on August 29, showing a $250 cleaning fee. Missouri law requires landlords to return the deposit within 30 days and provide an itemized list of deductions, neither of which we received. It has now been nearly four months, and despite multiple follow-ups, we still haven’t received the remaining deposit or any meaningful response to our concerns. When we moved into the unit, it was very dirty. We even have video footage showing how dirty the shelves, fridge, bathtub, floor, and walls were. I really enjoyed my time at Rustic. The facilities were incredible, the apartments were spacious, and for the most part, management seemed to run smoothly. It wasn't until move out that things really took a turn for the worse. I received 1/3 of my security deposit back 9 months after move out and after endless attempts of contacting the leasing office to no avail. My pet deposit was never returned, an itemized deduction list/explanation of deductions was never provided. I'm not sure what went wrong after move out, but this is something to keep in mind in the future if you're considering this property.
Lived here for school- well maintained property, spacious parking lot, quiet neighbors. The apartments are really large and affordable, with current amenities. Comes with washer and dryer, and everything is pretty new as well. Maintenance orders are replied to quickly, and Lisa is a great leasing manager, so be sure to rely on her.
I toured Rustic Ridge apartments a few days ago and was really impressed with the property. The apartment grounds were well-maintained, quiet, and felt safe. The property manager was also very friendly. Amenities offered by the apartments were great, especially considering the rent price for the unit.
