I moved my husband into The Vineyards almost 3 years ago now, and at the time, the townhomes were very nice, well kept, safe, and quiet. Over time the crowd here changed and it seems the rules have relaxed despite having a pretty high HOA fee. We are from Washington State, and very familiar with HOAs but the fee they have here does not reflect this specific property. I also want to state that we love our landlords and do not directly rent through RPM. As of the past year there has been a consistent stream of people moving in and being evicted within a few months. My own neighbor didn’t pay rent for over a year, had 5 kids, and 5 dogs in one townhome. They never let the dogs out and they hoarded junk on the patio, they also never took the trash out and continued to place it on the patio. I

This management company is terrible. I own and live in a town home that they are the HOA management company. We pay one of the highest HOA fees in Greenville. It took from April until November to get bushes and trees trimmed. First they have to get the "idea" approved from the HOA (without presenting pricing). So, in May the "idea" was approved. Then they get pricing! Next they have to get that approved at the August HOA meeting. Then we wait until November to finally get the job done. Freedom you need to look for another job.

I’ve rented with Russell property for over 10 years now. They have always taken care of my wants and needs in a rapid timing! Would definitely rent from them again, repairs are done instantly! Their team of workers at the office are great as well!

Their maintenance team is very quick and courteous. I haven't had a problem with them or the unit. We are moving out soon but if I were to be renting in this area again I would definitely go with RPM.
