Buyers beware of this agent Brent Brzuchalski. Buying my first home he was the sellers agent. ( his wife Tavi, ended up being my original agent and failed to tell me her husband was the sellers agents) Brent went behind my back and contacted my lender, after I submitted my offer for my home, and asked my Lender ( not my agent) if I could go up in price since the seller received an offer for asking price. My lender mentioned realtors do this often without buyers knowing, in order to manipulate how much they can get out of you. And realtors can convince a seller to not accept offers from certain lenders if the lender stands up to these manipulative agents.
