Mike Miller from Rupp lpt Realty is simply the best! He worked non-stop to get my house sold so I could purchase my “dream home” & be able to be located closer to family. Having moved all over this country in the Military I can say hands down Greg at Rupp is the best I have ever worked with. Just a down to earth awesome guy. Helped us sell one house and get a new, bigger home with everything we wanted in a new area. On top of it all 3 months afterward he surprised my autistic son on his birthday making a dream come true by taking him for a ride in Rupp's Monster Truck. From the first phone call to the closing, Lynn was above and beyond expectations. She supported us in selling a property and assisted every step of the way. JJ was my realtor and he was awesome. He was on top of everything and made sure I didn’t stress about anything. Tracie S. was my mortgage broker/loan officer and she was the best. She tailored to what I needed and was a calm voice to help me not stress about financials. This was my first time purchasing a home and I can safely say, I got my dream first home, and it wasn’t difficult at all!

We closed on our DeLand house 9/22/2025. Lynn Wheeler and the Rupp Realty Admin Staff made this purchase so seamless, even with us being out of state most of the time. If we could give Lynn a thousand stars, we definitely would! Lynn went out of her way many times to make sure we were satisfied with this purchase and provided recommendations that will assist us with our move to DeLand.
