Not the greatest place to live in unless you can count nosy neighbors, endless infestations of insects.
This place has bed bugs and cockroaches and a management is not doing what she's supposed to be doing many people here disabled and the elderly are being affected seriously because of this please do not rent from this place it's not safe this place has leaks and also maintenance men are not doing work orders as they should to keep up the place.
Took a tour with a friend looking at senior housing needs. Extremely clean and very well managed. Warm and inviting common spaces. Available units are immaculate and rent ready. Nice amenities and in a great downtown location near plenty of activities, restaurants and services. Everything in one place. Water views of pretty canal with ducks, the Rumford Falls and/or the Androscoggin River. Very quiet building.
The perfume smell from the carpeting is nauseating. The carts for the tenants to transport their goods when dropped off are too small. Who took away their big carts. That was a bad idea.
A beautiful place to have lunch or just set an lessen to nature
