Rubicon Apartments

The apartment is really spacious and the unit has washer and dryer connections, which is a Plus for us . The community are really friendly , family oriented. A lot of kids out at the playground, even ours made friends on the first day. Security at night knowing they are present to prevent any crime . Management Magdalena made us feel welcome when we came to for the tour and explained us in detail about the complex and how everything works , treated us as we were part of the community already and convinced us to move in right away on the spot . Thank you Magdalena and Janet for welcoming us to the community like family.Will recommend this apartments to future residents.

The hot water is constantly being turned off with no notice to the tenants. Extremely difficult to get anyone from management to respond to any questions and repair the smallest things. If you like cold showers on cold days and mold infested hvac systems this is the place for you.

I love the apartament so spacious it’s perfect the area is super calm too. And let me tell you the office management is so nice starting from Ms.Janet shes so welcoming and nice. I haven’t found a problem till this date.

These apartments are the worst. They are full with mice and mold , and they never fix anything. Maybe the school right there is the only good thing but can’t forget about that time when everyone’s cars were broken into and every single person who owned a car there needed to get themselves a new windshield. They be looking nice from the outside but the inside is where the horror starts.

The new management is really nice specially Janet, Maria and all the team too.
