We have been using RTS title & Escrow for years and are constantly impressed with their level of service, care and problem solving to help us and our clients. You can’t find a better title company out there! Highly recommend RTS!

5 stars if they completed my request in 3 days like they said. 4 stars for me having to call after a week for an update. 3 stars for never getting a response. 2 stars for having to call back another week later. 1 star for not ever hearing back another week later. If this company was in any other business, I'm not sure they would be in business. Update: I am not changing the rating since I don't know if you will get Haylee but if you do, the process will be 5 stars. I am assuming the receptionist was out to lunch and she just happened to answer the phone instead. Thanks Haylee!

Honest, on time, effective, efficient, trustworthy, and transparent. Any question I asked, I received a detailed answer, even when it was with items they had no control over.
