We had a great experience with RPS. Steve was super patient with us and assisted us for a year as we contemplated building or trying to find the perfect house for us that checked all of our boxes.

Had a terrible time with Terri Lynn about a house rental in Kingsburg. I have excellent credit, stable employment, I have homes in other places that I rent and I would never have done what Terri Lynn did. Terri was great at first but when she found out I planned to move my girlfriend in and our kids sometime in the future, her whole attitude changed. She emailed me asking if I had the kids custody full-time. You can't ask that. Three teenagers and a 2 year old is apparently too many people for a 3 bed 2 bath home. Terri asked me if that wasn't too many people for that home. I said not at all, 6 people for a 3 bed home is well within the CA Health and Safety occupancy load guidelines.
