RPM Group

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in housing. These people are non responsive and don't do their jobs, but best believe they'll collect their money, and continually raise fees. They claim that repairs have been made when they clearly haven't (unless they hired the three blind mice), and show utter disregard for the people that live in their properties. I'd say that they're absolute vultures, but at least vultures have a job and do it.

I have used RPM for approximately 2 years to manage a residential rental. It has not been a good experience. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Some of the "highlights" of dealing with them have included (but are not limited to): *having to get our own bids on repairs *missing rent *failure to respond to communications in a timely manner *failing to complete repairs on the property after providing them with $1,700 to complete said repairs *missing operating statements I would avoid using them for anything; the company is very poorly run, and there seems to be a constant turn over with employees. As of the time of this writing, I am in the process of determining what legal recourse we have.

This company shows no care for tenants. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, if you do it’s highly unlikely they can or are willing to help. When you need them, good luck. Called on an emergency gas leak, took over 12 hours to respond and when they did send someone, they didn’t even have a key. This is just the most recent incident. RPM shows a complete disconnect to its tenants and a lack of attention to detail within their own inter-workings. The most un professional group of “professionals” I’ve worked with. Our building and facility is great, outside of that you are treated as just another source of money. If you want to be treated as a human and not just another paper coming across a desk, look elsewhere.

Run! Don’t rent from these people! They are the worst company ever!!! How you jack the rent up $400 in one month and not send a lousy notice in the mail! Like they don’t know where I live! This broke down place ain’t worth the $1380 but to now pay $1780! I’ll live in my car before I give them that money again. On everything! They never fix anything timely because they give it to a company that passes it off 7 times before some reject part time unidentified handyman comes to do it! $1780 and I’m afraid to go on my back porch because I might fall through it? But they know that! Just money hungry! Worst company ever! These people patched a hole in the roof with a piece of scrap metal and got the nerve to want $400 more month? You gotta be kidding! They really gonna do some illegal mess like

The only person there that knew anything or got anything done was Kristy and I'm told she doesn't even work there now. I've paid rent 4xs now and still no one has been able to help me set up my online account to pay online so its a pain every time. Anytime I call, the person has an attitude or acts like my issue isn't important. We love our house but RPM Group is absolutely miserable to deal with. So unprofessional and I'm not even sure what they're getting paid for if they don't do anything.
