I rented an apartment for two years for my daughter. The landlord is very accommodating and gets back to you in a timely manner if you need anything. He communicate with us and was easy to talk to. Paying rent was all in a push of a button, so easy.
We loved it here. Great location, and very affordable. Close to everything. The property manager stays on top of any maintenance that needs to be done. 10/10 would recommend. Perfect for a couple or a small family.
Rented for 2 years and never had a bad experience. Great location and well kept apartment. The property manager responds to any concerns in a timely manner.
The location is a great place near grocery stores and Emmanuel College. Small town atmosphere only minutes away from larger cities. Plus the area is quiet.
I know ppl around the way, issa dead zone for cell service tho... Better know somebody with some wifi.... APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN AND ALMOST AFFORDABLE....
