Seem like they will only call back there own clients. Have wanted to make cash offer on several of there homes but our agent never received call backs. Something appears shady with the HUD home process with this group. It should be looked into by HUD.
Was a HUD deal ... They were purposely non transparent. All. Nice-nice until I withdrew the offer due to massive foundation issues. Then no contact and still have not received my deposit refund. Crooks.
Huge shoutout to John and Mary for making the process of buying our first home a breeze! They were so knowledgeable and amazing with communication, they helped us every step of the way! 10/10 recommend for the upstate region!
Received a denial letter from lender that they recommended after putting 1000 deposit on a house and still have not been refunded my deposit money. I do not recommend royal view realty
