This apartment complex was honestly a letdown. The day I moved in there was mold on the vents and the AC did not work at all. We told them right away and maintenance came to “fix” it but the AC never worked and the mold was still there. All they did was change the vent cover and did not actually fix anything. Since nothing was getting fixed we switched apartments. When we moved into the new one the AC still did not work and there was no refrigerator,so we ended up leaving!! Between the mold the broken AC and missing basic stuff this place is not move in ready. Management does not handle problems right. I would not recommend living here.

Olga did an excellent job showing me around Royal Spring. She was professional, thorough, and very welcoming. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained.🤗🤗

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don’t fix things right it’s all halfazz , I lived there and it was black mold coming out of our vents , started to get bad to the point that our furniture and clothes, shoes, things , and even kitchen utensils, appliances everywhere there was mold growing. Let the owner know his response , yea the building is old and it’s like a car it breaks down sometimes, we clean the mold and no problem. He didn’t understand the severity even after showing them the mold growing on our things . Needless to say we moved out as soon as we could. They only want your money your health isn’t important to them

Bad management, all they want is your money! They contradict themselves and never want to fix anything. They take for ever to send some one and when they do they dont do anything! I've had a leak in my room twice they cut up the carpet and never fixed it. They charge you $50 per clicker to get in to the gate which doesn't work half of the time and when you do get in there is no parking! Other cars park where they want without a permit. Half of the parking s "reserved" & and even then people take your place. At one point they changed you for a laundry key and then change the locks, charge for a MAIL KEY. I paid $200 for an apartment transfer (which I never got back), when I went to check out the apartment there was no fridge, it was dirty, cabinets were stuck, windows were broken, and they

I have been living in these apartment complex for one year. Last month I got mugged by two people in the apartment's parking lot. This is disgusting that they don't have security cameras installed on the property. Security gates never work. The complex is full of hispanic, undocumented people. Rent is high as well. There are zero other facilities available to residents. No gym, swimming pool, basketball facility onboard. You can easily find a nice apartment within same price. Once my lease will be over, I am done with it
