Royale Apartments

I was very impressed with Elizabeth Hernandez. She was very knowledgeable with the property, and was able to answer my questions and concerns. I was looking for an apartment for my family. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and made this place feel like home already. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for apartment to call home. The apartments are very spacious and up to date, worth every penny. Thank you all again!!!!

I would like to personally recognize Elizabeth Hernandez for providing exceptional customer service yesterday. Elizabeth spent hours trying to solve a problem on her day off that a vendor created and failed to resolve in a timely manner. Liz continued to reach out by phone and via text until the vendor addressed the issue. This level of service that I received is worthy of this review as well as compensation for working outside of regular business hours. My hope is that Winn Management would reward her for a job well done. When I see management going above and beyond it makes all of the difference from a resident perspective that things are continuing to change for the better. Managers ( especially Liz ) and maintenance made my move in smooth, easy, and enjoyable. I love my unit and the staff. The make it an even more happier place to live!

I lived at the smaller building, 65 Oaklawn Ave. I never had any problems with bedbugs in my building. I lived there about 6 years ago. That pool was awful, so I would pop over to THE MANSION HOUSE were my uncle lived and was so happy with their pool. Dean Estates is all done I imagine. Casey he was a nightmare, telling me I owed way to much money & also sexual harassment BIGTIME. I can say that Ray was definitely 👍 a very nice man & his wife also. Went to their place for Bible study on Fridays. I had hardwood floors no bedbugs. I enjoyed living there except for my annoying neighbors and Casey.

The management here at the royale apartments I'm satisfied with Elizabeth has been more then helpful in bending over backwards in helping me with anything I need . When the elevator was not working she even helped me up and down the stairs. And the maintenance team sandy when I ask him to fix something they address it immediately. I see great changes in the whole establishment. Thank you very much.
