Royal York Apartments

I like that my apartment is large, the common areas are clean, my neighbors are pleasant, and the building is quiet. Maintenance requests are responded to in a reasonable time frame.

MY PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I WAS NOTIFIED PRIOR TO ENTERING MY APARTMENT AS WELL. i LOVE OUR MANAGER ALLIE. SHE IS A PERSONABLE AND HOSPITABLE YOUNG LADY/MANAGER.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Looking at the building , remind me of new Jack city.. LO. L. First time I came to this building. To make a delivery, the elevator allow me to go up.. I made my delivery .. everything was O k ... But when I got back in the elevator to go dack down, that when it became a scene from a scary movie... I press the button to go down back to the first floor, but the elevator took me down to the third floor. I Ok i said to my myself, maybe I might have touched the wrong number? Or maybe I did not shut the door all the way. Questioning myself. Now let me stop right here I never seen a door that you have to open before you open up the elevator wow talking about your scary movie something in back of my head said get out get out but you know what I couldn't at first so let me continue my story. The elevator inside of this building does not work more than half of the time. The building controls the Heat which all apartments only register at 72 degrees in the winter time. Which means you have to have space heaters when you occupy an apartment in this building. I will state that the apartments are very spacious and nice on the inside. That would be the only plus with renting in this building.
