The apartment itself is okay but pray you never need any assistance while you live here the staff is rude and unhelpful until you’re at the point of suing or calling the city.

My apartment had a major rain leak on 4/28. They repairs were not completed for 3 1/2 months, which includes testing for air quality after I showed them that mold had grown when I had tested. I now have a leak that I told them about with the original one that wasn’t fixed and is leaking again. I wasn’t able to stay in the home during that time and with people coming in and out without calling to schedule I lost work time. This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. They refuse to reimburse me for 3.5 months, saying they could likely do one but the repairs weren’t even completed in that month. When this was Manor South Apartments the old owners didn't care to do more than the minimum to maintain this place but their apartment manager, Debbie, did all she could to try and help residents get things resolved even though she was overworked and only got compensated the price of living in one of their units. The new owners and new management took over in 2021 and they don't care about you - they had more open units than occupied ones and began doing renovations, but rather than giving residents the option to sign new leases at their new rates to move into the updated units, they decided they kicked everybody out right before Christmas. It had nothing to do with income, credit, or rental history - I got kicked out with an 800 FICO, perfect payment history, and my income qualified me

Black mold, termites, water pouring in, bees in the wall, broken washers. Just some of the issues in 4 years. Live anywhere else. Left apartment sparkling clean and never received deposit. Worst living conditions of all time.

Never return calls no wonder they barely have tenants and the ones they do have complain how horrible the place is. Stay away. Avoid if possible.
