Royal Palms Luxury Rentals

I live here, it’s been almost two years already and for the most part I recommended. Management and their team works hard to maintain the condominiums clean and safe. I just hope they would bring prices a bit more accommodating. thankful to be here 😇 I need a two !!!! 🥹😝

I have been living at this complex for 5 years. Ceci in the leasing office is great, she’s always so helpful! Orlando in maintenance is the best, every time I need something done in my apartment and it gets assigned to him I know it will be done right and he will always do his best! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other maintenance man (an older Cuban gentleman). He doesn’t put any effort in and most times doesn’t fix the problem. He just does a temporary fix on everything so he can get out quick and then just tells you to call the office so they can assign it to Orlando?! I have to make sure to that I always request Orlando for any maintenance needs. Rosita and the other cleaning ladies are great, always have a smile on their face. Rent prices are ok (they are high everywhere)

My experience at Royal Palms was extremely unfair. After constant harassment from a neighbor and lack of support from management, I was given 7 days to leave. Even though I complied, management is now charging me over $6,100 in fees that I do not owe. Instead of protecting tenants, they sided with connections inside their staff and punished me. This is not a safe or fair place to live.

Some things to consider before choosing to move in: First off, scroll through the reviews and note the management's responses to their customer's feedback and ask yourself what's going to happen you you once you are locked into a lease and have an issue. -The hallways and common areas are poorly lit, smell terrible and are not well kept. -there are routine freakins in the vehicles and the security camera situation is very poor to non-existent in certain areas. -The guest parking and visitor situation is very problematic. -The security at the front are often rude and incompetent. They'll do petty things like claiming they are calling the resident when they actually aren't. We actually tested in once and they were simply lying that they were calling. Don’t have complaints with Orlando every time we have had an issue at our unit . He has goes over and beyond in his possibilities to fix what ever problem we have . So very much appreciated. And also Yoel .
