Royal Palms Apartments

The place is ok if you are in need of housing considering the state of the economy. However the management leaves a lot to be desired. They illegally refuse to disclose pertinent information about your tenant rights and refuse to resolve issues professionally. The sewage is always overflowing and there are issues with low water pressure. Management and maintenance randomly show up at your unit for “inspections” and refuse to fix things until they feel like it. These apartments have also have terrible mold issues. The property manager has a terrible condescending attitude and aura and looks down on the tenants and neighborhood. She lacks empathy, is petty and condescending.
