Royal Oaks Townhomes

I’ve been living at Royal Oaks Townhomes for almost three years now, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Roxanne. From day one, she’s been one of the most understanding, fair, and dependable people I’ve dealt with. Anytime something needs to be handled, she takes care of it quickly and always with a smile. That kind of energy makes a big difference. Honestly, Roxanne is a big part of what makes living here such a dope and positive experience. Royal Oaks is lucky to have her.

I recently joined the community and I am happy I did not allow the negative comments to deter me away from Royal Oaks. Roxanna is transparent and thorough and I am not quite sure why she is receiving the harsh feedback, as you probably have read. I think some people lack understanding of the fact that she is simply doing her job and that she has rules to abide by as well, as the face of the community. So, thank you Roxanna, for being fair, welcoming, and down to earth. Moving is stressful and you handled me with patience and made the move in process a breeze. Javier is awesome too. There were some minor things that needed to be taken care of upon move in (as there normally would be) and he came in and took care of it same day. 5 stars ⭐️

Royal Oaks Townhomes is an absolute gem! The apartment is spacious and perfect for my family. The pool area is always clean and inviting. Plus, the location is unbeatable - we're just minutes from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and family-friendly spots. Roxana, the leasing manager, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. She's friendly, helpful, and made the entire leasing process a breeze. Thanks to her, Royal Oaks feels like a welcoming community. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic home!"

Roxanne was an amazing leasing agents. She was very helpful and patient. From the application to the move in process everything was made simple. Very friendly and attentive.

Royal oaks is a Clean and full of friendly families the pool is kept clean!!! Parking is a little difficult since spaces are definitely limited. It's definitely a very nice community to raise a family.
