Royal Oaks by Elite Homes

We purchased our house on November 11th and as of June 4th we still do not have our grass. The most ridiculous situation ever. Zero effort by the Elite Team to get this finished Additionally there was/is trash left in our yard after we moved in. I have cleaned most of it up, plumbing pipe, beer cans, but some trash still remains. As you can see I missed a couple of the beer cans from their highly professional crews.

We have now owned our home by Elite for just over 2 years. At the time of building, we paid for our basement to have roughed in plumbing so that we could finish it ourselves. In the process of doing that work, we discovered what may be their worst work yet. When we tried to open the sewage sump down there, we discovered that they hadn’t bothered with anti-sieze on the bolts, so they were all frozen. Getting the lid off to place the pump should have been an easy process, but it turned into a multiday frustration that ultimately ended with the destruction of the lid and a portion of the PVC pipe as the only way to access it. The manufacturer (liberty) was great, very helpful and they are sending us a replacement lid and bolts, but while talking to them we discovered that this sump is sold as

Based on our prior home building experience we have been very pleased with communication, efficiency and time tables with Elite. Amanda is very responsive to our emails and texts. Her knowledge of the process is thorough. We appreciate her helpfulness, professionalism and enthusiasm.

We are looking forward to living in our new house! The buying process was swift and organized. We enjoyed customizing our house, the design center had the perfect amount of options available to get what we want without being overwhelmed.

Elite Homes has been responsive and very customer oriented. We have been happy with the weekly updates and pictures sent to us along the path of construction. We can’t wait to actually move into our new home!
