Royal Mace Apartments

Beautiful apartments!!! My stay here has been wonderful and I feel so fortunate. The apartments are taken care of so mindfully. We even have a new paint job!! The flowers are cared for and nurtured. The staff is friendly and the environment is wonderful as we are by the beach and close to many stores. Also, the apartments are well maintained and the bugs are minimum which is awesome! Thank you so much Royal Mace. I appreciate you and am thankful. :)

1 star for location (right across the street from the beach. My wife and I have lived here since July of 2022. We are on the 7th floor (top floor) and had a leak coming into our kitchen ceiling in October of 2022 from a storm. The ceiling in the kitchen is still messed up to this day after multiple attempts at fixing, we just stopped asking. I’m embarrassed to invite friends and family over (not exaggerating). We have been renting since 2016 in Denver, CO and here (5 total apartments). Living at the Royal Mace has made us want to purchase a home for the first time. Management controls the heat and air and what time of year they turn the systems on and off. The trash rooms always stink sometimes into the hallway or floor of your apartment. We have lived here for over 2 decades, it is a lovely community filled with folks of all kinds....and kid and pet friendly. The management and maintenance are always helpful and quick to solve our problems. The pool, clubhouse and gym are great amenities!!

I lived at Royal Mace for a year and leave with no complaints in the year that I was there. I experience, kind, neighbors, kind, office a maintenance staff The ocean view as well as the short walk to the beach was one of Royal Mace best features. Any maintenance issue I had was taken care of in reasonable time. The office staff was always willing to go an extra mile to ensure that maintenance jobs were put in and followed through by maintenance. I would recommend

I lived here for over four years and would likely still be living here if I didn't move for work. Felicia and Jackie, who work in the front office, are wonderful people. I appreciated that all utilities were included in the very reasonable base rent. I appreciated being so close to the beach, a nice 7-11, and a great library. There's a reason why so many tenants have lived at the Royal Mace for so long.
