Royal Ledges at Hyde Park

A huge shout out to Tanner who has gone above and beyond. He is a true gem here at Royal Ledges. In a time of one of my biggest challenges he worked very hard to get me into my new apartment. His professionalism, dedication and integrity are a blessing. We are lucky to have him. I also adore my new apartment. I met Danny in maintenance as well, super friendly and fixed my hot water. I feel happy and safe here. Thank you 😊

We lived in this apartment for two years. We are moving out of this apartment because we bought a new house. This apartment is the most comfortable and resident-friendly apartment we have ever lived in. They have professional, friendly, and understanding managers Jenna and Tanner, and the two maintenance staff who really treat you like friends (they always greeted us with a sunny smile. Most importantly, when you needed maintenance, they showed up as soon as possible to help you solve the problem.) We will always miss this wonderful place. Thank you for bringing us two wonderful years of life.

My girlfriend and I lived here for 3 years. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone from management to maintenance were great and super helpful. Quiet and connvienient location. Some facilities need a bit of a face-lift but otherwise still a fantastic place!

I have lived here for almost a year and am actively looking for a new place. Pest infestation, mold, dirty common areas, including gym and laundry room. Security issues, including theft. Inadequate and dangerous electrical issues. Poor safety issues, including lack of snow and ice removal, that resulted in a tenant breaking her leg. Failure of both maintenance and property management to address major issues. Look somewhere else if you are looking for an apartment.

Love my apartment. I recently moved here and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have to give all accolades to TANNER in the Leasing office. He deserves employee of the year. He misses no marks. Pleasant from the beginning. Ideal employee. So helpful and thorough. He answered all questions I had. The apartment was ready a few days early and I am so grateful to this team. And I had my first experience with maintainance today and I wish I had got their names but it was 2 gentleman. They were respectful, polite, thorough. I am so grateful to have found this apartment. If you need a safe, clean apartment complex i would suggest here. Thanks so much to all of you for making this moving experience enjoyable for me.
