Royal Gate Management is an incredible company to work with! Ryan is responsive, easy to communicate with, attentive to our needs, super helpful, and has taken outstanding care of us from the moment we applied for the property we live in today. We can reach the office in a moments notice, often get an immediate reply, and any service required typically gets done the same day (wow!). If only all project management companies were this reachable, efficient and responsive! My husband and I are super pleased.

Highly recommended! Ryan at Royal Gate does it all! Ryan acted as our property manager for our single-family home in Overland Park. Then he completely handled major repairs to the property, totaling $30,000 (at very reasonable prices). He identified contractors, supervised them, and took care of everything. (We live in California, so he did everything without us ever needing to be in KS.) Then, he acted as our real estate agent and sold the property for us. We received an offer and were in contract within two weeks and closed 30 days later at a fair price -- the price he told us at the beginning that it would fetch.
