Royal Garden Apartments

I've been living here for a few years now. These apartments are decent, and it's quiet here. The price is also fair. I moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom and saw a few things I'm not satisfied with the 2 bedroom. I was hoping to switch to another apartment, preferably on a top floor, but they won't allow it, and for that reason among others I will be moving once my lease is up, otherwise I would have stayed as I really don't mind living here. The people in the office are nice and maintenance is prompt. Also having a dryer where there is no vent that goes outside is becoming a problem with the humidity coming from the dryer. If you are considering moving here, I say go for it. It really is not a bad place to live and the price really is fair. It just isn't for me anymore.

I have lived here for 8 years and have no intentions of moving. The apartment managers, Tiffany and Kayla, are caring and compassionate and help in anyway they can. The maintenance team is just as great as the managers! They rush to fix any repairs or issues that occur and make you feel at ease explaining anything you need them to with patience and kindness. There is on-site laundry as well that is open 24hrs for convenience and has a keycode security door to give you peace of mind and protection. The complex is laid back and typically quiet and your neighbors become more like family. I love my 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. I don’t live here anymore but I did around 5-6 years ago and at the time it was a lovely complex. Growing up here generally taught me a lot of things like to respect others no matter what and to accept everybody. The community when I lived there was so diverse and everyone would let their kids stay out super late and play since It was so safe. My fondest memories from my childhood were made in these apartments and I think it’s a very lovely place to consider living especially if you have kids. Not to mention the fee for animals is not pricey at all and very reasonable. Unfortunately there WAS a roach in our apartment when me and my family lived there but with communicating with the landlords we had that problem fixed very quickly (mistakes happen and plus bugs are literally everywhere huma

I have lived here for 5 years the apartments manager Tiffany and Kayla are caring and compassionate and helps. I remember during my father passed away I was down for two months bills the give me time to find the money .but the let me stay in my apartment with my family. I will never forget about the management may God bless them and there family and give them more years to lived .the maintenance team is great
